Terms and conditions.

Vera.AI provides software for outbound research, prospect scoring, email drafting, Gmail-based sending, reply tracking, and follow-up orchestration. You are responsible for reviewing your campaigns, complying with applicable outreach laws, and making sure your use is appropriate for your market.

You may not use Vera.AI to send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or high-risk messages, or to contact people where you do not have a lawful basis to do so.

You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that occurs through your account. If you connect Gmail, you authorize Vera.AI to access the Gmail scopes shown during OAuth for the features you enable, including draft creation, sending, reply sync, and follow-up workflows.

You can disconnect integrations or revoke API keys from your workspace settings. Some features may stop working after access is removed.

API keys are secrets. Keep them private and rotate or revoke them if you believe they have been exposed. Requests made with your API keys are treated as authorized by you.

Autonomous mode can continue approved workflows without step-by-step review. Safety gates may still pause ambiguous replies, unsubscribes, objections, pricing questions, takedown requests, or other sensitive situations for review.

You retain ownership of the content you provide, including business context, notes, files, prospect data, email drafts, replies, and campaign metadata. You grant Vera.AI permission to process that content to provide and improve the product.

Do not upload content you are not allowed to use. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and permissions related to the data you add to Vera.AI.

Paid plans are billed as shown at checkout or in your order form. You can cancel future renewals according to the billing terms presented when you subscribe.

If a payback guarantee is offered, the guarantee terms shown on the pricing page or order form control. Unless stated otherwise, refunds apply only to the first eligible billing period.

We work to keep Vera.AI available and useful, but the service may change, pause, or be unavailable from time to time. We may update features, limits, integrations, pricing, and these terms as the product evolves.

If a change materially affects your use, we will try to give reasonable notice through the product, email, or the website.

Vera.AI is provided as-is and as available. We do not guarantee that generated research, claims, drafts, scores, deliverability outcomes, replies, meetings, or revenue results will be complete, accurate, or successful.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vera.AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or business interruption.

Questions about these terms can be sent through vera.symph.ai. If you are using Vera.AI under a separate written agreement, that agreement controls where it conflicts with these terms.
